Zeta 80), each plate commemorates a signature dish from a restaurant hand-selected for its cultural heart.

The Roman Legend: Alberto al Portico d'Ottavia
Celebrate the "Eternal City" with a plate dedicated to "Schiaffoni all'Alberto." Located in the historic Jewish Ghetto, Alberto’s was a temple of Roman hospitality. The whimsical chef design captures the joyful, bustling spirit of a true Roman osteria.
The Riviera Icon: Il Tipico, Bogliasco (Genova)
A tribute to the "Spiedino del Golfo Ligure." This restaurant was once a cliffside sanctuary overlooking the Mediterranean. Now a "lost legend," this plate is one of the few ways to hold onto the memory of those salt-aired dinners on the Ligurian coast.
The Cilentan Gem: Il Ghiottone, Policastro Bussentino (Salerno)
Honoring Chef Maria Rina’s "Ravioli di Patate con Branzino." A masterclass in Mediterranean simplicity, this plate represents a restaurant that still thrives today as a guardian of authentic Southern Italian flavors.

While Il Ghiottone remains a living legend under the care of Chef Maria Rina, Il Tipico in Bogliasco sadly closed its doors in 2023, making its specialty plate a rare piece of culinary history.
