Refund policy

We truly want you to be delighted with your purchase. 

As almost all of our products are made to order, we generally keep no stock in order to reduce overproduction and resource waste. 

As such, made-to-order items are not eligible for returns and are 'final sale' items, unless items are: a different product than what was ordered, the wrong size, defective, misprinted, display the wrong graphics or are not as described in the item's page. In these cases, we will gladly replace or refund the products in full. 

We may accept a return for refund for ready-stock items. All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, and all return-eligible products must include the original packaging, packing slips and labels. Qualifying items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.  In the case of Vintage items, the Client will ensure that the boxing and inner packaging material is equal to or superior in protective quality, to our original packaging.

RETURNS

Return procedures for qualifying items must be commenced by the Client within 14 days from the delivery date. Notify us by email at info@italiansummers.com , include your order number and request for return and/or refund, specifying the reason.  You will then have a further 14 days to provide us with proof of return shipment. 

All items must include the original packing slips, box and/or dust bag. 

Returning items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.

REFUNDS/replacements

Once your returned item/s is received, inspected and approved for refund, the credit will be applied to your order within a few working days. In case of replacement, we will ensure a speedy re-production  and re-shipment of the item/s in the shortest possible time.
