The Autogrill Brembo, located along the Brembo river in the Bergamo area, became beloved for serving authentic Lombard home-style cooking to travelers. This commemorative plate captures that rustic culinary tradition with a delightful regional food-themed illustration featuring a bountiful display of fresh vegetables—vibrant carrots, leafy cabbage, ripe tomatoes, and golden onions—arranged on two-tiered shelves alongside traditional kitchen vessels: a coral pitcher, white teapot, wine or oil bottle, and a wedge of cheese. The composition beautifully showcases all the wholesome ingredients that make this vegetable-rich stew so beloved.
